Hello all! What a busy few weeks it has been with work and school! The pregnancy is going great! I added a new album to upload belly pics as I take them. The one I just added is from over 3 weeks ago, sorry its pretty old. I will be taking a new one this upcoming sat 03.14.08 when i am 12 weeks! Yea!! Baby is doing great, heartbeat is always around 180 when checked! If we go by the old wives tale, maybe its a girl!! 🙂 2 more months until we find out! I will update soon.

We got to see our little baby! We went into the ER recently since I was having some spotting and we decided that was best to make sure everything was going good with the pregnancy. After a confirmed ultrasound and some blood tests, baby is doing great and so is mommy. The bleeding was from a small subchorionic bleed in my uterus (blood clot) . The doctors say this is very normal and should go away on its own. Here is a ultrasound picture of our little baby.

Here i am at 8 weeks, not even showing yet, except for some minor bloating. I will be takin pictures of my belly along this journey as a way to capture the growth.

Baby’s heartbeat 174bpm measuring 8 weeks 6 days (when I was really only 8 weeks 3 days) Baby was moving during ultrasound, so cute!

We had our first prenatal appointment today and it went great! We got another ultrasound and we got to see our baby and the baby’s heartbeat again! I am measuring 1 day ahead of what i am (so i am measuring 8 weeks 3 days and i am actually 8 weeks 2 days). The baby’s heartbeat was fluttering so perfectly and it was so beautiful! We now know what it means when they say about falling in love with your children, it is so wonderful and we haven’t even met the baby yet! We got to see the baby’s arm and leg buds and the babies head was fully visible as well, it was amazing! It is so amazing the work of God!

We scheduled our next 4 visits and we got to schedule our big 20 week ultrasound on Nate’s birthday! So daddy will get to see the baby and we will get to find out the sex on his 29th birthday! He thought that was so wonderful and is very excited!

Sorry no pics from todays ultrasound, the machine was not working so we didnt get any. Keep looking for more updates!

Here is a picture of our little bean from our first ultrasound that confirmed our pregnancy.. We got to see the heart beating, all we can say is God is amazing! On the right of the ultrasound is our precious baby.
